
Chocolate Pumpkin Bars

These pumpkin bars will be the ultimate fall treat—we haven’t found anyone who doesn’t love them. Full of fall flavor, these bars are fluffy, moist, and a crowd-pleasing dessert!
Ingredients- GATSBY Chocolate White PB Cups
- 3 large eggs room temperature
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup avocado oil
- 1 (29 oz) can pumpkin puree
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Method
- In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugars, oil, and pumpkin together until combined.
- Add in flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
- Stir until combined
- Pour into prepared pan + add in pieces of GATSBY White Chocolate PB Cups
- Bake in preheated oven for 35-45 minutes
- Cool completely before frosting.
- Top off with more GATSBY White PB Cups
