Healthy Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate

Move over pumpkin spice latte—this Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate is a delicious fall treat and perfect for sipping on a chilly evening. It’s rich, creamy and ideal for non-coffee drinkers and children.   • 1 bar GATSBY Chocolate
  • 1 tbsp of pumpkin spice
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp nutmeg
  • 1 1/4 cup of milk (any milk works)
  • 1 tbsp of pumpkin purée
  1. Create your GATSBY hot chocolate by stirring together the chocolate, dry spices and a cup of milk.
  2. Stir together and set aside.
  3. In a separate cup, mix a ¼ of milk and the pumpkin purée.
  4. Pour the pumpkin milk into the chocolate milk.
  5. Enjoy immediately.
